Email from Tracy. Basically, it's more of the same but I just want to put it up here for you guys to read. I'll post my email and her reply. I erased my true name and other non-pertinent information that I included in my email because these information is my identity.

Sir/ma'am,
I've been a heavy investor of LBSR for approximately 4 months. A little about
myself. (sentence erased.) (sentence erased.) I will get straight to the point and say this for myself, and a lot of other investors, that I am very frustrating with the everyday PPS of LBSR. According to the ZTEM, we MAY have 6-7 the Pebble, but why are we doing worst even after the law-suit was settle? Is the JV still on the table? May I ask why there is no drilling to prove out what we truly have underground? I understand Mr. Briscoe does not have to share every step of his plan or what's truly going on within the company to us average investors, but his quietness is sending a lot of investors away. For those of us who decided to still believing in LBSR are very, very frustrated and confused. What's next? How much longer? Why the silent treatment? I understand patience is the game here, but how much longer? I hope it won't be another 12 or 24 more months of this same behavior. My - and many other investors - question is what are we waiting for now? In your opinion, will our wait worth it and how much longer should we believe in LBSR? Thank you so much for your time. I apologize in advance if my language somehow sound disrespectful and frustrating. I am frustrating but in no way I mean any disrespect to you. Thank you again kindly.

Tracy's reply:

Greetings (my name),

I have heard from more than a few newer investors frustrated by the lack of a speedy upswing in our share price, especially considering we experienced a 4000% price increase over the course of 2010. Unfortunately I do not know where our share price is headed in the short term. Of course I think the price will go up--so does Briscoe--he has not sold any of his shares.

Please keep in mind that the mineral exploration industry is the most volatile sector in the stock trading world. I advise you get in touch with a bunch of different sources including investors that have made much money with mineral exploration stocks and those that have lost their investments. You may find that timing is everything. Did you know that some investors are still underwater with their NAK investment? It's true--the all time high of NAK was around $17.00.

As far as the JV--both sides seem to be content to follow the terms of the agreement outlined in July, but never finalized. Northern Dynasty need not be in any hurry--they have plenty of proven resources to worry about right now at the Pebble East. I believe our day will come, but I don't know when that is. As far as silence--it is true--We do not put out news releases unless a material change happens--These events more that often are completely unscheduled. Lan, this is how this industry works! We are not terribly creative about PR. That is on purpose--we have gained a high level of trust by not putting out non-news news releases. Drilling is an important next step, but we do not have a drill plan to report just yet.

Please feel free to call me so we can speak at length. My home office is in Tucson, AZ 520-622-4716. I appreciate your service to our country!
