nope, didn't bother. I'll wait for the company to perform its duties.

and I'll wait for the 10K and any other filings the company puts out. IF I like what I see I could enter the stock or exit or hold any I may or may not have at the time, no need to slam the company or members of the board or accuse anyone of anything. Pointless and wreckless. IMO
