Well, i guess that makes all of us (writing it off)...

I certainly hope that Peter recovers his legal costs, maybe that is what they are going to announce on Friday? But that hardly seems like a decent settlement... (more like a big F U).

I dont fully understand how a successful appeal would work compared to a class action. At least in a class action ALL the s/holders would be entitled to some recovery and not just the one guy with cajones who made the appeal. It aint like Peter is the only one with "legal" costs, though he certainly is worthy of all of our gratitude.
