Yes, very interesting. 2.1 billion sold at .0001 for 210k. b/w sep 2008 and jan 2009. How 'bout pre Sep 2008 before the REGDEX was filed? Exactly how were those shares registered? The previous REGDEX also states accredited investors only. The regulations are clear. There can be no solicitation. I believe that's when shareholders were told to shut up as we own a $3.50 stock for pennies. Are there more than 2.1 billion in the O/S? Looks like RCC's articles were ammended on 11/7/2007 and the AS was raised to 2.5 billion. Ammended again on 10/6/2008 raising the AS to 5 billion. How else did shares hit the market?
