Yep, he is an honorable man. I have no doubts about that. He believed the input he received from a certain individual about Code Blue and the supposed deal with CEIC in China. As a result, he put this information in PR's without checking to see if what he was being told was correct. When it turned out not to be and the SEC came knocking, he took the fall. Honorable, yes. A good businessman? No.
