The implementation of the new regulation as of Friday will take away one of the loopholes that has helped make naked shorting or the selling non existant counterfeit shares easy. I hope regulators come down hard to send a loud clear and expensive message in the next few days. Should be interesting if we are able to discern changes in trading next week. Lets hope so. Go GRNO!!!
