That is why they do clinical trials. Clearly Bavi was not effective enough as a monotherapy...this was true in cancer as well! However the anti-cancer results showed Bavi used in combination produced some very good results. Will this be the case with HCV? In my opinion no-one knows until we see the results of the trial. I will keep an open mind.
