Besides MAGIC coming out the next few weeks, all the other deals I've found cooking but, CHMD now has a piece of this also. ....executed an agreement to acquire up to 50% of Tat Ming Asia Limited ("TMAL") which has a focus of entering the Chinese eGaming sector.....also has the first right of refusal to purchase the other 50% shareholding and on any capital investment into TMAL for the next 3 years.

TMAL's subsidiary has obtained a pre-license to operate an eGame business in Haikou, Hainan Province, China, subject to satisfying the fire code for the premises and final government inspection.

TMAL has identified a site in an International Tourist Hotel and is currently fitting out the premises.
