Bottom line; this whole case is a Goddamn mess, and is way over Walrath's head to figure out effectively. IMO, its time for a new judge with experience and some brains to take over the case and root through this mess.

My bet is Rosen, FDIC, JPM, EC all feel the same way, lol.
