WRONG ... the SEC did their work ... and located that Gene sold shares to Gendarme. Gendarme then sold 2.1 BILLION of the RCCH shares.

The SEC checked out the source of Gendarmes share sales and makes NO mention of Gendarme illegally selling forged, nss, air or any other type of shares except the shares they purchased under a 504 offering.
