WRONG ... The SEC clearly indicates in its verbiage that Gendarme acquired shares and Gendarne sold an Excess of 2.1 Billion shares of RCCH that they did not have! Can you say 1.6 billion short, maybe we will see a halt and then a buy in. SEC is going to get this right. RCCH is out of the box! Watch us grow.....imo
