I'm not saying its their goal, but I doubt they would work real hard at thwarting it when its not the CEO's money at stake, considering he has never bought TIV shares.

How were they enticed? Ah...maybe headnods, winks, cheesy smiles, innuendos, purple velvet bags with shiny gold things that look like "nuggets", rich cat boys trips to the Road House, telling trust fund baby wives they look delicious (ie. using the "pillow talk" card), bus rides talking about "cookie cutter" wells, videos of "infrastructure", talking about "billions and billions", etc. etc.?
