I do not think it "magically" increased there was a insert-text-here last year. OTOW has shown no signs of dilituion since then and the management has said they are against it. Which has proven to be the case. But I do agree in your assumptions of this being back where it was post merger, and I do think the short position, or fails to deliver is real as we have seen strong resistance when the stock pushes the .0030 range or higher. someone or something does not let it stay thee for more than a day.
