these shysters have issued many, many PR's. All of them good, none of them made any difference other than to help these dudes sell paper while driving the price into the ground.
What difference would one more PR make when none of the others helped anyone except the insiders.
One more PR may make the stock jump slightly while they dump more paper, but it will collapse again quickly if it did go up.
They have no assets so what will they PR about?

I cant wait to see the financials.. should be a good laugh .
