Rule 144 "may" legally prohibit the Sale of those shares... just like there have been plenty of cases where similar type shares (of other companies) HAVE been sold ... that's why those Sellers have gotten in trouble later on, causing a DTC "freeze" screwing up normal trading.... CXAC is a prime example.

Not gonna hold my breath on this one either.
