BT: CFW may be in a "Quiet" Period, before releasing news or new merger information?

Quiet Period's typically have to do with no press announcements during a certain period of time so this could have something to do with it. Other times there may be an agreement to not release any news while a transaction is being finalized. Either way I am thinking it means something positive for us shareholders.

CFW had to submit a plan to hold valid shareholder's meeting by May to remove de-listing notice. They have not PR'd anything for couple of weeks... (Valid meeting was not held in 2009 as they had planned a merger, and felt meeting un-necessary at the time) I'm wondering if they now have another merger in planning stage, and not releasing any information due to quiet period press restrictions?
