Thnx again, I asked a similar question yesterday and got a variation. In simple terms, there is a legal concept which generally runs through the heart of all law. That is called ' the fruit of the poisinous tree'. To wit, in this case the shares sold by Gendarme. I think it is still not clear what the disposition of those shares will be nor the proceeds from the sale of said shares by Gendarme. The value then and now is key as well as whether or not those shares are still in the mix. JMO
