YJ, - yes, don’t get me wrong here, this is a very good thing for this company, and yes considering the qualification usage, no question, standard boilerplate.

My point was because how the contract is written one can not come to the automatic conclusion that other legal issues have been fully resolved.

That being said, one could speculate, if one wished, that various legal teams have reviewed the interdependences of the issue at hand and concluded that going forward was the proper thing to do vs. a waste of time, this of course would be based on overall likelihoods of the unknowns { as in not likely would be a deal killer}.

We have a deal, it’s a good one. Just not ready to assume more at this point.
