LOL... so what you are pumping is

you say an improved law firm... meaning? that all this time, they had second best... and it was not doing anything for the company but waste their time and shareholders time.

IR firm might be coming on... they have not yet decided yet, after all, it will take additional monies out of their pocket and it ain't cheap. So to just say that they will have... is very presumptuous.

Uplisting? HA! That takes forever if one is not current and with audited financials. which also take money to do. so we will see that IF and when it happens.

Dividend shares... another if and when... already known fact, so moot news on that one.

No it doesn't sound like they are messing around... they just are.
