I know, what I found incredible about the PR was we all ready new the status of well, before they told us, we are aware of the positive financial implications of the lawsuit that was settled, the actual monetary implications are still TBD, all of this because of some of the greatest DD I have ever read and seen.

The one thing that I am sure most here found mind blowing, was the fact that the well we have been following is for Sanders #2 not #1, I am not sure anyone saw that coming. TWO wells, holy cow!

Something else, we were all made fully aware that this location, this lease, could handle roughly 60 wells, per ART 35 at the beginning of the week, and the PR confirmed this lease was 1600acres, at 25 acre spacing per well equals 64 wells on one LEASE! Amazing.
