Correct, my problem was not with ARCA, it was the fact they put up 200,000 shares for sale under the last price. That seemed to have stopped the volume dead in its tracks. I have not seen that on level 2 here before and thought it strange.
As for penny stock "trading", it is not my cup of tea. I like to find what I perceive to be undervalued low cap stocks and buy and hold for many months to years. I don't really think that qualifies me as a trader.
