Everyone is reading way to much into teva's t-enox situation. No one is asking the right question and that is if Copax is priced out of this world, yet offers no better benefit in relationship to Avonex or Rebif why does it command such a huge sales position?
Teva's future numbers won't be a problem if they keep Copax to themselves, and of course that's the only thing they can tell the street whether it's true or not.
I don't ever remember ANY pharma telling the street it's legal or patent defense is weak.
