One Step Ahead

What up guys...this whole cert thing has obvisouly been an issue for a while. When I first got into CMKX back in May, I purchased a small amount and ordered certs right away. Over the course of this past year I have accumulated a much larger number of shares. I was debating if I should pull certs on them with all these big issues coming out. I ordered them last friday from ameritrade. Then on wednesday I called andy for the first time to find out what he had to say about certs. I know you may not like this answer hundred to one, but these are his words.

"The company had not made any comments regarding a naked short. The company is not taking a stance on this or the issue of ordering certs. I can tell you that for all of the shares that I own, I do not have certs on any of them."

I know its not going to help with the whole cert call effort, but I am just telling you what andy said to me. This is not to change anyones idea on this, and I still STRONGLY BELIEVE there is a nice chunk of naked shorted shares out there, but after this conversation with andy, I decided not to have the majority of my shares in cert form. I do still have about 20% of my shares in cert form, but I cancled my order to get a large amount more in certs. Whether it was the right decision...time will tell, but no matter what we will make some very nice change certs or not...JMHO...enjoy the day guys.
