Interesting find, lander. How'd you happen to come across them?

At a quick glance, they would seem to be a potential IVT competitor although I know nothing about the company nor the product. It looked like they were targeting heavier equipment. Do they indicate if anyone is actually using their tranny?

What they appear to lack that I think is of most interest to Army is the whole package of a track drive, steering, IVT/P&M for lighter weight vehicles. I'll have to spend more time on their website exploring and researching the technology. Perhaps some of the more engineering literate readers can comment on the technological comparison to TOVC's IVT.
