What I am saying is that the ratio of AS vs OS has increased by 4X. The approved shares only decreas by 50X where the OS decreased by 200X putting us in a weaker position in relation to what the company could and may do to us.

I do like the current price at $1. Puts me in just over break even territory if it will hold.
