FACT: VAEV is issuing the preferred (which converts to the common) to the shareholders of Shogun

FACT: Knapp is the principal shareholder of Shogun

FACT: Knapp is now Chairman and CEO

FACT: Officers cannot dump stock without time and volume restrictions, as well as submitting a filing on those sales


Again, I bought the stock low to sell higher..thats it.

If its not what I think..then Im out.

If it is..then I will be out higher
