Not correct. Shogun is a wholly owned SUBSIDIARY of VAEV.

VAEV is the HOLDING COMPANY according to their filings.

You have it exactly backwards.

You should read the filings, don't you think?

they are being issued to the OWNER (and now officer of VAEV) of Shogun.
