The "Float Lock" theory depended on a bunch of outstanding shorts that don't exist.

You have "locked the float" on a stock with a poor product line, a tendency to dilute, and a raft of outstanding restricted shares waiting to be Rule 144'd and bust your "float lock." Congratulations!
