Was thinking yesterday regarding that 8K and the purchase of the shell. Do you think Jeff purchased the shell for 140,000 out of his own pocket? I dont know Jeffs financial situation but the purchase date on the 8K was around mid December, think the 17th??? According to what Jeff has put out, Dec 17th blog, it sounded that the Georgia deal wasnt completed then, just " closing documents were in his possession" So I dont know If the georgia deal is complete and for how much????
