We would be last to know, that's for sure. I wouldn't be surprised if they cashed out all their properties for pennies on the dollar to various "investment groups" but in reality those "investors" are made up of Opus members, of which Gamble is the largest investor. Then, as soon as the Opus members got everything wanted (and a well informed poster, maybe insider, was very vocal on the other aboard about the Opus desire to own TIV lock, stock and barrel cheap), TIV goes BK and the retail shareholders are left holding nothing and the company dissolves.

I do think they are in dire straights right now and have no loyalty or care about retail shareholders.
