Reserve set at $337M! LTWs carry the day. Strochak desperately tries to unbury this, and he's getting hammered by judge now. Given effect of reserve, if the plan provided reserve didn't max claim, then I'd agree with you, but plan provides otherwise, so I have to assume they win everything they're entitled to. I don't think it's far fetched, but that's how I'm deciding today.

Now Steinberg is saying "Rosen has said we don't need to allow discovery because no ruling on summary judgment."
