Well if I am reading this right, John Beebe was telling the Truth. Please feel free to educate me if I am wrong. But I sat a many a day in the office hearing him very upset that the TA was stealing Shares and he was being blamed for Dilution of the millions of shares. I just wonder how many other companies this happened to and how many are still being shut down by these thieves. JMO
