Regulatory timing, tax incentive timing...state of the economy...what good is it if everyone is broke and not working.....The unique situation here is the deal with GM. The timing part comes from the release of GM Volt and push by Country towards green energy. Solar and alternative energy stocks are back in vogue. All this coupled with the timeliness of this merger has formed a perfect storm here for SLMU. JMHO!
