Waiiittt a mintue...this FCB signing...hmmm...does this also mean that the Virgin lawsuit is now complete and that April 15 court date will be just a formality to show up to formally seal the agreement in front of the judge, and that Neomedia Technologies can now go full charge ahead with the massive advertising campaign knowing full well that they have the precendent to back them up on the validity of their patents??? Just wondering here....
