Why should it put at $70 range above so many multi-billion dollar companies like GM, Microsoft and many more?

I personally got a little surprised by this R/S as i thought they'd get voting on it from shareholders. I had some shares left pre R/S and wasn't happy to see them get reduced like that.

I sold the remaining shares at .90 but currently see no motivation to re-buy at these levels as i'm disappointed by the R/S and also haven't seen really any need for it.
