The latest mention of Agilyx as far as I can tell was another reposting of the goofy visual. I directly responded to your post that was poorly researched and suggested misleading conclusions.

I did my research and found that I cannot find a post I made or by others regarding Agilyx, just prior to your post of Dec. 30, 2010. In my response to this post I indicated I would have a look at Agilyx and get back to you.

Well there is some revisionist history here. The board has come a long way from denying the existence of other companies, but hardly have been able to "fairly" compare when presented. Go back to the posts re: AgriPlas, Agilyx for example (who by the way has a potential client close to Niagara Falls, remember?). There was very little honest discussion in that much less "balance."

I found one of the posts you suggested I look up. This would be a comparison that you made between the two companies. I added in bold the information you didn't provide at the time regarding JBI.

Objective Comparison is undoable in this fashion. Your post miss-applies data and relies on sensitized modifiers for agreement with conclusions. $2,500,000 for starter, includes instalation, this is the cheapest they provide, period, does half the plastic as the 20 ton JBI
Agilyx Price:
Contract reference: extensive and equipment/services goes beyond a "single processor"
P2O Price:
No contract reference: very specific/isolated to a "single processor" may or may not include recent modifications/add-ons and no services. single 20 ton processor does the same as an 8 pod Agilyx
Agilyx Jobs:
Employee reference: newspaper article which claims a start up plant would probably employ 14 people. Does not make a distinction between people needed to run the processor and the people needed to support full production in any of the 3 parts: feedstock, process, product.
P2O Jobs:
Employee reference: company management very specific/isolated to the people it would take to run the processor. That number was given as 2. It is unknown how many support people are required.
Agilyx Product Quality:
Reference company management/video: synthetic crude oil. needs to be refined
P2O Product Quality:
Reference: Islechem report states near diesel fuel. JBI now reports diesel and gasoline, does not need refining, can be blended if the desire is to sell to general public through independent gas stations
Agilyx Emissions:
On record/file with emissions permit. Broken into Fuel combustion, process operations, and product storage tank. Not considered a major source of HAP by DEQ. Needs to have filters on the processor
P2O Emissions:
No Reference except company claims no emissions as a general statement. Unknown if company is addressing the same areas as the DEQ. Stack test results posted, CC reports emissions cleaner then a similar sized heating furnace
Agilyx Residue:
Reference company video: it is recycled, treated, sold or disposed of. meaning there is residue, no specifics or percentages
P2O Residue:
Not addressed. Just that it is minimal. 0.2-4%, depends on the feedstock

lol are you trying to say one needs to isolate themselves to the company website for news? I posted my phone call and the other info. It's there-- read it. Take your time & then we can talk-- fair?

I'm sorry you feel this way about my posts. In the past I have responded to these suggestions by using similar language in my responses. After my last post I regretted doing so and will not do so in my future replies to your posts. Please accept my apology. I'll focus on details pertinent to the discussion.
