Anyone reading the discussion from Rumit and Rocky on the last 8K would have known that the dilution would have ended yesterday. Optimus want to keep the PPS as close to .16 as possible. Now that the VWAP has passed, it only benefits Optimus now to have the PPS go up. There did not get their shares at a huge reduced price like agreements in the past. I think someone on the yahoo board figured it out at something in the mid 19s.
