Todd Schwartz Joins Branded Media Corporation

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2005--Branded Media Corporation (PINK SHEETS: BMCP - News) announced today that Todd Schwartz has joined the Company as a strategic development executive. The announcement was made by Eve Krzyzanowski, Branded Media's Chief Executive Officer.
Schwartz is an award-winning programming and production executive who has created high-profile broadcast and cable programming at a number of networks including Court TV, VH-1, Lifetime and NBC. While at NBC, Schwartz oversaw production of the hit series "Seinfeld" and "Unsolved Mysteries" as well as over 100 specials including the "Screen Actor's Guild Awards", "The Golden Globe Awards" and numerous comedy and music specials. While at VH1, Todd was the executive producer of many of their most successful series including the "100 Greatest..." franchise and the Emmy-nominated "RockStory." At Martha Stewart Living Television, Todd assisted in the development of the new "Everyday Food" series, currently on PBS, and was responsible for the creation of the weekly syndicated series "Petkeeping with Marc Morrone" which is now in its third season. Most recently at Court TV, Todd developed the pilot for their new series "Takedown", which uses a team of magicians and card sharps to test a casino's security system.
For Branded Media, Todd will create fully-integrated branding initiatives which include original program development, online, Video-on-Demand, mobile, television and community-based event platforms, and seek out strategic alliances for the Company and its clients.
