They hold a patent for some process to knock off/copy other drugs. Not a patent for a specific drug. They just bought this copying process back in September. You surely don't think they own the only process to copy drugs? There are 40-50 other companies with methods to copy drugs whose patents expire. Guess how much VPRO paid for this patented technology you think is worth billions.
