Graham Cook is an Honors Law graduate from the University of Birmingham,
England, with a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree in 1970. He completed his Post
Graduate Studies at the College of Law, Lancaster Gate, London with a
distinction in Company and Partnership Law and was admitted as a Solicitor of
the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1973.



Graham has worked in private practice in England and since 1981 has pursued a
career in providing management and trust services both onshore and offshore,
with management experience in the British Virgin Islands, Curacao, Gibraltar,
and the United Kingdom. In 1997 Graham undertook voluntary work in South Africa
as a director of Intsimbi (South Africa) Pty and in 1998 was a machine operator
in Chichester, England, with Brewer Tools. In 1999 Graham worked in London with
TMF Management (UK) Ltd and on 1 July 2002 he relocated to the Virgin Islands,
becoming a Director of TMF (BVI) Limited and Bison Financial Services Limited.
The TMF Group is an international services organization with 20 offices around
the world providing trust, management and accounting services, financial
services and fund administration services.
