The democrats could have held out for a better deal

negative... the only valid criticism of the dems is they didn't try to pass it earlier when they supposedly had more votes

but once it got down to crunch time they had to give the republicans their tax breaks for billionaires and millionaires and ALSO slashed the inheritance tax for spoiled corporate welfare trustfund brats in order to get what the dems wanted which was help for lower and middle class americans as opposed to the top 2%
