OB, are outrageous bids, it is rare that these are reached, however, if the stops are taken, yes, such an action opens the way for major breakdowns and potential reach of the respective OB's. I don't have expectations that the stops be taken out though, thus for those interested in building core positions in relatively conservative stocks, buying the range and using the stops would be wise (just as many of these were quite excellent trades in the late July entries suggestions).
