The hearing tomorrow might provide a crucial insight into the POR's fate. If the judge refuses to rule ("I'll take this information under consideration and issue my final ruling"), then I suspect the POR might be DOA. Reasoning there: she'll make a single ruling tossing the POR and not have to then rule again on the estimate.

If she rules for the $250M, well, maybe then we should watch out.
