12:46 PM After breaking positive shortly before midday, stocks rise to intraday highs and the S&P 500 (+0.5% to 1,276.08) is back to its two-year high. Financials have built steam, with dollar volume going through high-volume standbys BofA (BAC +1.6%) and Citigroup (C +1%), not to mention solid gains for AIG (AIG +6%) and Webster Financial (WBS +4.9%)
