Found this article. SynCrude plan to:

“We expect to be able to sell it into the market at a rolling average price for crude,” he said.

Crude was trading this week for around $82 a barrel.

So why can't JBI?

So, they have to purchase a site, build the machine, and then start the process with the DEC, would that be correct???

Have they confirmed what machines they are buying? They might be better off with a partnership with JBI or a JV. We'll send a link just in case.

Is SynCrude different from Syncrude who are getting oil from the Alberta Tar Sands, lawsuit over the name is possible.
