CDIV has a low float and loyal shareholders who have the Float Locked Up.

It seems clear now that this is detrimental to the share price of CDIV, and explains its recent 97% PLUNGE. Here's why:

A single group of sharelholders owning all of the stock and never selling, can't in itself drive the share price up. What is required is an influx of new money to move the PPS.

But there is no influx of new money. This is because CDIV has no value, being a one-man operation with expenses that far exceed its income. It is not my opinion that CDIV is a one-man operation with expenses that far exceed its income, it is a fact.

The "loyal shareholders who have the Float Locked Up" are now stuck. Since there aren't any new players wanting to buy shares of CDIV, the Loyal Shareholders can never sell their stock without triggering another huge PLUNGE.

In summary, Locking up the Float on a company like CDIV seems to be a losing-strategy for Loyal Investors.
