I tend to agree on the bottom, in both the need and the profit potential. The only problem is when does it happen, and how much profit is foregone while waiting for it. That's a personal decision of course.

I would be interested in your thoughts for stocks to own at the "bottom", though. Past the big caps, I really don't know the smaller semi's very well.
