SK3 Moving Into Acquisition Phase; Prepares to Become Fully Reporting

MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA, Jan 05, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- SK3 Group, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: SKTO) today announced the latest developments in its plans to become fully-reporting, including the pending acquisition of PRN Registry.
SK3 Group, Inc. ("SK3") has filed current (December 31, 2010) information on PinkSheets.com, and will now focus on completing necessary audits to again qualify as a fully reporting company under Section 12 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.
The company's business plan announced last year, including specific plans to develop an extensive healthcare services portfolio, is also now underway. SK3's Kelvin Pan says, "After a brief delay, a time during which we further refined our strategy in light of new market opportunities, we are now moving forward full speed. We are currently completing the previously announced acquisition of PRN Registry. 2011 is going to be an exciting year for us."
PRN Registry is a Joint Commission certified nurse and respiratory therapist staffing firm based in Southern California. It is the first in a planned series of acquisitions by SK3. SK3 announced last year that it had signed agreements to acquire PRN Registry and a number of additional healthcare providers and related companies from parent company Healthcare of Today including ima Sleep Disorder Center, Southern California X-Ray-EKG, HealthStaff Training Institute, and Immersion House.
