You don't know the whole story there. He's not going to work with anyone who does not have the shareholders interest at heart. You do know that the class action lawsuit that Laser and Jack are involved in is suing Scott. I'm not sure if Jack is still on the lawsuit but at one time his family was. Would you be willing to give those people technology without them removing you from the lawsuit?
