Unfortunately that isn't the case and maybe that is the problem here. Many don't seem to understand what overhead is. The people running the machine would be cost of goods sold. Add in the feedstock and you have most of your variable costs. Then you need to add in insurance, accounting, management, executive management, employment taxes, rent, electricity, office supplies, permitting fees,consulting fees, secretarial staff, legal fees, maintenance....etc... Get the picture?
The claimed $10 per barrel cost would equate to a little over $1,000 per day. I doubt that would cover the variable costs and it sure as heck won't cover the overhead.
